Welcome to First Baptist Marshall

We are a community of believers in the heart of Marshall, Texas. We would love to invite you to visit our family. With inter-generational bible studies, ministries for youth and children, worship, and service opportunities, there is a place for every individual and their gifts. All are welcome here!

To give you an idea of what to expect, we've compiled a few details about our location, parking, services, and general things that you should expect from us.

What to expect

Walking into a new church for the first time can be a little intimidating. From the moment you walk through our doors at FBC we expect you to feel welcomed.

Where do I go when I get there? We suggest first time visitor's park on or near the E Rusk Street entrances. Our Welcome Center entrance is near the Children's Area marked by a green awning. We invite you to enter here so that we can meet you and help you find our Core Groups, Children's Activities, Youth Ministries, and more.

What should I wear? Whether you come in jeans, a dress, or a suit, don't feel like you have to wear something special to be accepted by us or God. We're just glad to see you!

When do you meet?

Please see our COVID Updates page for current times and guidelines.

Under normal circumstances, our Coffee Alcove is set up on Sundays by about 9:00am. This gives you time to greet one another as Core Groups begin gathering. Some groups start promptly at 9:30am while others linger around the Alcove a bit longer.

Our Sunday morning worship service meets in the Worship Center at 10:30am.
