Merge or Share

Merge: We could look for one or more churches interested in merging (or forming a new church). We have been down this road before, but it could be time to try again. This option grows our membership and staff, increases building use primarily on Sunday, and could allow us to keep all property.

Share: We may find a local congregation with need for new worship space but who desires to remain separate from us. This opens the conversation to various denominations, non-English speaking congregations, and churches with different size needs. We would share building space for worship either meeting in separate spaces or at separate times. In this sub category, we retain property, grow funds through lease agreements, and increase building use.
